Frequently Asked Questions

Please always give at least 48hrs notice when canceling or rescheduling a massage. Massages that are canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24 notice will be charged in full as I will not have the chance to fill the spot. Massages canceled due to emergency or illness will not be charged. Thank you for understanding.

Plan to show up 5-10  minutes before your massage. Your massage will start and end at the agreed upon time so please be ready to receive when your appointment starts.

Both Sarga Bodywork and Ashiatsu are barefoot massage modalities where therapists use their feet to deliver deep, broad pressure. The primary difference lies in their support systems and biomechanics: Ashiatsu uses overhead bars for straight-down, flowing deep-tissue compression, while Sarga uses a secured fabric strap (or "silk") to enable slow, traction-heavy myofascial shearing and stretching.
